Professor Jan Bamford
Jan Bamford is a Professor of International Higher Education and has held management roles such as Deputy Dean, Head of Student Experience and International Coordinator at London Metropolitan University Guildhall School of Business and Law. Jan is founder and Co-Director of London Metropolitan University’s Higher Education Research Group (HERG). Jan has been a PFHEA since 2014 and was awarded a National Teaching Fellowship (NTF) in 2024. She is a founding member of the Interdisciplinary Research in Assessment Practice Group (INRAP) in the UK, and Hon. Visiting Prof. for the Communications Institute of Greece. Jan is also Associate Editor for the Journal of Education, Innovation and Communication.

Associate Professor Elena Moschini
Elena Moschini is the Head of Student Experience and Academic Outcomes in the School of Computing and Digital Media at London Metropolitan University. She is the Co-Director of the Higher Education Research Group (HERG) and the Director of the Learning Technology Research Group (LTRG) at London Metropolitan University.
She is also one of the co-founders of INRAP (Interdisciplinary Network for Research-Informed Assessment Practices). She is an Associate Professor (Teaching and Learning), a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (UK) and a University Teaching Fellow (London Metropolitan University). Her research focuses on innovative pedagogical approaches using learning technologies, digital technologies for assessment, participatory design in e-learning and in game-based learning.
